3. Regulatory status and nature of activities

GrandVertex is a privately held group that invests exclusively its own capital. No entity within the GrandVertex group is licensed or authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the Marshall Islands Registrar of Corporations, or any other financial-services regulator to provide investment services or any other regulated financial service.
In particular, GrandVertex:
– does not solicit, accept, hold, or manage funds belonging to any third party;
– does not provide investment advice, personal financial planning, or any similar regulated service;
